EXEMPTIONS FOR NEWLY LANDSCAPED AREAS

Ordinance 103 allows for an exemption or “permit” for newly landscaped material.  In order to request an exemption, the following form must be submitted:  New Landscape Irrigation Exemption

STATEWIDE BAN ON NON-FUNCTIONAL TURF IRRIGATION

California has adopted emergency regulations to prevent wasteful water use, including a statewide ban on non-functional turf irrigation for commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.
