The Indian Wells Valley Water District is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented leader to serve as its General Manager. The General Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for implementing the Board’s goals and policies for the District. The General Manager will oversee a staff of approximately 32 employees, as well as the administration, financial, engineering, operations and maintenance of the District and its facilities. 

The annual salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000.
