Initial Disclosures 

The deadline for exchange of initial disclosures pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 842 is May 17, 2024 for parties who appeared in the case on or before March 22, 2024.  For any party appearing in the case after March 22, 2024, that party’s deadline to exchange initial disclosures is within 60 days from that party’s appearance in the case (i.e., filing the form answer).  Parties may use the Form for Voluntary Use – Initial Disclosures available at the link below.

PLEASE NOTE:

As of Friday, 3/22/24, the Orange County Superior Court granted the Indian Wells Valley Water District’s request to extend the suspension of the Court’s $1,000 filing fee. This means that anyone who wants to file the form Answer and participate in the lawsuit no longer has to pay the $1,000 filing fee. The waiver will expire on June 30, 2024.
