Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Basin (Basin No. 6-54) Adjudication
The deadline for exchange of initial disclosures pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 842 is May 17, 2024 for parties who appeared in the case on or before March 22, 2024. For any party appearing in the case after March 22, 2024, that party’s deadline to exchange initial disclosures is within 60 days from that party’s appearance in the case (i.e., filing the form answer).
